This paper describes ways in which indigenous women express experiences of marginalization related to their health. The thematic areas emerged in women express experiences of marginalization are the historical trauma that the near and distant past affects indigenous women’s health experience today, biculturalism as source of alienation and the negative experience in mainstream health system.
